Puh, endlich fertig damit. Nichts gegen Nascar Heat oder US-Motorsport an sich, aber... für die nächsten 10 Jahre ist mein Bedarf an reinem Nascar nun wirklich gedeckt. Allein durch die ganzen Nachwuchs-Serien, angefangen bei Dirt-Series, über Trucks, bishin zu kleinen und dann erst großen Nascar-Fahrzeugen, zieht sich die gesamte Karriere schon enorm. Die finale Cup Serie war dann ein Fight schlechthin für mich, mit eigenem Team, viel zu wenig Finanzreserven und erstmal vielen, vielen Rennen im Hinterfeld. Erst als dann zunehmend Erfolge kamen, wurde es schlagartig besser. Am Ende hat es sogar direkt im 1. Anlauf gereicht die Finals zu gewinnen. Alles in allem ein richtig gutes Nascar-Spiel, mit ordentlicher Steuerung, vielen Optionen und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, und selbst die Unity-Engine sieht durchaus noch sehr gut aus.

Wie angekündigt habe ich Bright Memory: Infinite durchgespielt. Ich weiß nicht recht, was ich davon halten soll. Die Mischung aus Egoshooter, Nahkampf und verschiedenen Fähigkeiten mag ich prinzipiell, aber dadurch wirkt das Kampfsystem sehr überladen. Einige Stellen sehen wirklich hübsch aus, während andere wie von vor 10 Jahren wirken. Rauch wird bei mir fehlerhaft dargestellt, einige Texturen sind extrem niedrig aufgelöst, Wasser sah schon im ersten Far Cry besser aus usw. Man hätte so viel mehr daraus machen können, wenn das Spiel länger als 2,5 Stunden wäre und das Kampfsystem etwas abgespeckter wäre. Eine Story gibt es zwar, aber die ist so strange, dass ich sie kaum verstanden habe. Ohne Geschichte wäre das Spiel wahrscheinlich besser.
Dazu wurde noch ein Schleichlevel eingebaut, aber die Mechanik ist sehr schlecht umgesetzt und eine kurze Autofahrt gibt es auch, was ebenso schlecht gelungen ist. Gegen Ende wird man mit viel zu vielen Gegner zugeschmissen und die Bosse sind mir auch zu hart und teilweise unfair. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert, aber trotz des ganzen Gemeckers meinerseits hatte ich Spaß mit dem Kampfsystem und es gab das Spiel umsonst, da ich den Vorgänger, den ich eher als Demo bezeichnen würde, für 2 oder 3€ im Sale gekauft habe.

Der Geschichte des Spiels kann ich nichts negatives nachsagen. Praktisch alle Elemente der Geschichte wurden Dontnod typisch wieder sehr klug miteinander verbandelt, wodurch der Spannungsbogen bis zum Ende erhalten blieb. Überhaupt wurden die schwierigen Themen mit sehr viel Bedacht behandelt. Man merkt wie viele Gedanken die Entwickler sich gemacht haben, die verschiedenen Einflüsse würdevoll zu implementieren, und trotzdem noch alternative Ausgänge offen zu lassen. Den Fokus auf die Kurz-Geschichten, beim Lösen von verschiedenen Rätseln, fand ich hingegen schon eher gewöhnungsbedürtig. Das Lesen von Büchern oder Geschichten in Videospielen ist so gar nicht mein Ding. Trotz allem komme ich nicht umhin, um alleine für den Einfallsreichtum den Entwicklern hier meinen Tribut zu zollen. Die gesamte Aufmachung des Spiels, einschließlich der Protagonisten wurde sehr gut abgestimmt. Die wunderbare Musik rundet das Erlebnis einmal mehr ab.

Kleine Planänderung Ich hatte in der letzten Zeit recht wenig auf der Arbeit zu tun und brauchte ein Spiel, das sich gut im Fenstermodus spielen und jederzeit pausieren lässt, damit ich die Arbeit nebenbei nicht ganz aus den Augen verliere. Passend dazu habe ich gesehen, dass ein kleines RPG Maker Spiel gerade komplett überarbeitet wurde, also habe ich es gestartet und soeben auch beendet. Es handelt sich um das Spiel The Albino Hunter, das mich unerwartet gut unterhalten hat. Die Welt ist zwar recht klein, aber es gibt viele abwechslungsreiche Quests und eine Menge Humor. Man merkt, dass da viel Arbeit reingeflossen ist (6 Jahre laut Entwickler, kann man im Spiel nachlesen).

Man spielt einen Albino Bounty Hunter, der sich für verschiedene Aufträge anheuern lässt, die aus weit mehr als nur einfachen Monsterjagden bestehen. Natürlich lernt er im Laufe der Reise neue Freunde kennen. Besonders gut finde ich, dass das Spiel auch einige Nebenquests enthält und die Reihenfolge dieser komplett optional ist, wobei diese Quests mich fast durchgehend gut unterhalten haben. Nur eine Questreihe bei der man unter Zeitdruck in andere Welten reist und innerhalb von je 5 Minuten durch Dungeons wandert, spezielle Waffen finden muss und dann noch je einen Boss pro Welt innerhalb des Zeitlimits erlegen muss, war nicht mein Fall. Das ist aber auch die einzige Questreihe, die ich nicht abgeschlossen habe, weil ich Dungeon 4 (von 5) nicht innerhalb der Zeit geschafft habe.
Nur das Goldlimit könnte höher sein, denn das Maximum liegt bei 99.999, während die teuersten Waffen 30.000 kosten. Da man insgesamt 6 Partymember hat (4 gleichzeitig) und die auch sonstige Ausrüstung benötigen, ist das nicht gut gelöst.
Alles in allem viel besser als erwartet und ich möchte noch erwähnen, dass es die stark überarbeitete Version kostenlos für jeden Besitzer des Originals gab, das ich wahrscheinlich in irgendeinem Sale oder Bundle vor vielen Jahren günstig geschossen habe.

TOHU habe ich auch angefangen und bin da etwa bei 1/3, habe also noch 2 Stunden vor mir, je nachdem wie blöd ich mich beim Rätseln anstelle. Das sollte vor Jahresende also auch noch klappen, während A Short Hike auf 2022 verschoben wird. Die 52 Spiele sind also sicher, sofern ich mir nicht beide Hände breche

So, da packe ich kurz vor Ende 21 auch noch zwei Spiele dabei

Knockout City
Ich hab ein wenig überlegt, ob ich es schon als "durchgespielt" zähle, da dies wieder so ein "Endlos MP Game" ist. Aber da ich eine Season direkt nach meinem Start durchgesuchtet hab und ich mir dachte "lieber jetzt, als die 2022 Liste zu verfälschen", fand ich es besser es nun schon aufzulisten.

Jedenfalls hat mich Knockout City extrem abgeholt, auch wenn es nun schon wieder etwas nachgelassen hat. Die besagte Season hab ich erst in der Mitte begonnen und dennoch den Pass komplett durchgezogen ^^' (wohlbemerkt kommt man hierbei auch ohne Einsatz von Echtgeld dran).
Für mich ist Knockout City einfach der perfekte Shooter... für Leute die eigentlich keinen Bock auf Shooter haben (für Leute die es nicht kenne: es ist ein Cartoony Dodgeball Game). Dabei ist das eigentliche Werfen komplett mit starkem Auto-Aim getrieben. Der Fokus liegt hierbei mehr auf Bewegung, ausweichen, Bälle auffangen und Würfe trickreich umsetzen (z.B. durch antäuschen). Auch der "Umstand", dass man ja nicht kontinuierlich schießen(werfen) kann, ist ein ungemeiner Pluspunkt für mich, da hierdurch kein Dauerfeuer entsteht. Teamwork ist übrigens auch recht witzig hierbei, da man sich zum Ball zusammen rollen kann, damit Teammitglieder einen werfen können.
Auch zu erwähnen wären die verschiedenen Modi, mit Sonderregeln, Team & Free4All und sowohl rotierenden als auch Event Modi.
Zu guter Letzt konnte mich im Laufe des Spiels auch der Artstyle überzeugen (unerwarteterweise!).

Ein mMn wirklich unterschätztes Spiel.


KeyWe
Ein sehr schönes, niedliches Coop Game. Mit zwei Kiwis ausgestattet erfüllt man in einem Postamt allerlei Aufgaben in Herausforderungen auf Zeit. Abseits der kurzen Einleitungen und Erklärungen hält sich das Spiel auch nicht mit Story oder der gleichen auf und kommt direkt zur Sache. Primär gibt 4 verschiedene Arten von Herausforderungen, die aber in jedem Abschnitt neue Kniffe bekommen, was teils die Herausforderungen auch komplett ändert. Daneben gibt es noch weitere ganz eigene Minispiele/Herausforderungen, namens Überstunden.

Die Kiwis lassen sich übrigens optisch ändern, was die Sache nur noch niedlicher macht <3

Die einzigen Mankos die ich dem Spiel wirklich geben könnte, ist der harte Fokus auf Coop (Solo zwar spielbar, aber man muss dann beide Kiwis gleichzeitig steuern) und dass es als (scheinbar) Indie Titel ein paar technische Defizite hat.
Gespielt hab ich es übrigens mit meiner Schwester, welche die Kiwis sehr niedlich findet, weshalb sie ein Plüsch Kiwi zu Weihnachten bekommen hat

Ich hätte auch keine Probleme damit die Liste doppelt zu pflegen. Ich wollte mich im neuen Forum sowieso noch vorstellen, war die letzte Zeit nur schwer Zeit für 2 Foren zu finden, aber da hier eh weniger los ist, passt das mittlerweile. Nun gehts weiter mit TOHU. Ggf. editiere ich nachher, vielleicht schaffe ich es aber auch erst morgen durch. Da ich morgen ausnahmsweise Frühschicht habe, habe ich danach jedenfalls noch genug Zeit zwischen Schichtende und kleiner Silvesterfeier.

Nur ganz kurz: TOHU ist auch erledigt und damit sind die 52 Spiele pünktlich geschafft Es ist ein nettes, kleines Rätselspiel mit einem unglaublich charmanten Artdesign. Leider haben mich einige der zeitbasierten Rätsel gestört, bzw. bin ich kein Freund davon, wenn man bei solchen Spielen extrem gute Reflexe braucht. Da sich die Rätsel dieser Art aber in Grenzen halten und es ansonsten ein sehr schönes Spiel ist, kann ich darüber hinwegsehen.

Zwei Spiele hab ich 2021 noch durchgespielt und zwar einen ersten Durchgang NIer: Automata und Apocalypse für die erste PlayStation.
Letzteres ist ein Twin Stick Shooter mit einigen, für PlayStation Verhältnisse durchaus ordentlichen, sprich: machbaren, Sprungpassagen. Bei dem einem, ein von Bruce Willis gesprochener Hauptcharakter, leider permanent die gleichen zehn Stehsätze entgegenbrüllt.
