Das wundert mich jetzt auch

Ist der Patch jetzt ausschließlich für die dt. zensierte Version?
Habe die AT - Edition. Kann dort auch dt. Sprache einstellen, spiele aber doch lieber auf englisch. Kann ich daher trotzdem diesen Patch anwenden oder geht dann was schief?
