Bugs Fixed:

1) Improved the ghost car tracking system, to improve the visibility over LAN/Internet.
2) Controller calibration is now smoother and less hard to control.
3) The gear box testing sections are now better balanced.
4) The game now report the ready state correctly in LAN/Internet multiplayer modes.
5) Added code to display name, damage, tracks, etc when using GameSpy Arcade.
