Patch für die "ungeschnittene" deutsche Version (ab 18 Jahren) und die Collector's Edition von <STRONG>World in Conflict </STRONG>auf Version 1.009

This is a hotfix to update 8 for World in Conflict.
- Fixed a bug where the Special Abilities buttons stopped responding to mouse clicks.
- Fixed a bug that increased the loading times before map cycles.
