Da ich seit zig Jahren Bass, Gitarre und Keyboard spiele, könnte ich jetzt hier seitenweise Lieder reinschreiben ... was soll ich da bloß nehmen?

Ich denke, sinnvoll wäre es, ein Lied auszuwählen, das jemand anders geschrieben hat. Dann beschränke ich mich noch auf mein Hauptinstrument und zusätzlich noch auf einen gewissen spielerischen Anspruch.

Mein Haupinstrument ist ein E Bass.

Der Eröffnungstanz bei der Hochzeit. Klappt schon wunderbar bei Übungen. Vielleicht findet sich aber noch eine gescheite Ska Nummer. Auf jedenfall muss Cousines Nothing else Matters getopt werden ^^

Ich würde ja einen Psychobilly Horror-Punk Song nehmen, wo ich wieder auferstehe und als Zombie mein Unwesen treibe, aber das würde für die meisten vielleicht unpassend sein. Obwohl sie mich ja kennen.

Hier wäre mir auch als Erstes The Fall of Troy eingefallen. Vor allem weil der Typ dazu auch noch singt. Davor hab ich großen Respekt. Aber ich nehm jetzt mal Tool. Die einzelnen Passagen gehen gut, ich mein hier eher das disziplinierte im Takt bleiben, damit dieser mechanische Sound zustande kommt, den sie ja nicht nur auf Platte sondern auch live haben.

Am Besten was theatralisches, das mich ergreift aber auch wieder Energie gibt. Mag mich ja nicht zu weit runterziehen lassen. Der Anfang baut eine melancholische Stimmung auf und der Mittelteil entlädt das dann komplett und dabei zerreißt es mich irgendwie innerlich. Einfach mitschreien hilft auch sehr viel!
