Schönes kleines Rätselspiel, welches an Portal erinnert, aber natürlich nicht ansatzweise an dessen Qualität heranreicht. Es kann es aber zumindest mit Spielen wie Q.U.B.E. und Co aufnehmen und ist derzeit für wenige Euro im eshop im Angebot. Mir hat es als Genrefan gut gefallen.

38. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge:
Ich habe von dem Spiel ungefähr das bekommen, was ich vorab davon erwartet habe - Nicht mehr und nicht weniger: Tolle 90er Jahre Action, die sich anfühlt, als wenn man wieder am SNES sitzen würde. Alles ist sehr charmant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt, die Gegner und Level sind vielseitig und die trashige 90er Jahre Mucke macht jede Menge Laune. Im direkten Vergleich zu Streets of Rage 4 hat mir Turtles sogar noch einen Tick besser gefallen, auch wenn sich SoR4 aufgrund des etwas höheren Schwierigkeitsgrades bei deutlich niedrigerem Spieltempo etwas taktischer anfühlte. Dafür war Turtles halt etwas flotter und etwas abwechslungsreicher.

Hyrule Warriors Zeit der Verheerung inklusive DLC durch. Hat mir viel Spaß bereitet, mehr als der erste Teil. Der Umfang ist zwar geringer, aber ich glaube genau das fand ich auch ganz gut. Das Prinzip nutzt sich halt schon ab, daher reichen knapp 65 Stunden. Mein Lieblingscharakter ist Impa, die ist echt extrem OP. Durchgespielt heißt, ich habe alle Missionen gemacht, was mir noch fehlt, sind ein paar Krogs, ein paar Nebenmissionen in den Erinnerungsmissionen und die letzten Symbole auf der Karte, um die Charaktere auszuleveln.

Übrigens konnte ich das Steam Deck nun endlich bestellen, sollte also diese Woche ankommen. Passend dazu habe ich mir das Resident Evil Humble Bundle besorgt. Falls wer Interesse an dem 50% Gutschein für RE VIII hat, einfach melden, hab da keine Verwendung für.
Achso, und über Prime habe ich die Mass Effect Trilogie für lau bekommen.

Xenoblade Torna durch. Habe fast alle Nebenmissionen gemacht, aber ich glaube mir fehlen noch 2. Ich glaub, ich müsste jetzt die goldenen Elite Gegner machen, habe aber keine Lust aufs vorherige leveln. Hat mir für einen DLC sehr gut gefallen, erreicht aber nicht die Klasse der anderen Hauptspiele. Das Kampfsystem ist klasse, aber ich glaube, ich mag das von 2 doch lieber, wo man immer gucken muss, welche Route man bei den Angriffen nimmt. Leider konnte mich die Story nicht so packen, da man ja nicht wirklich überrascht wird, wenn man 2 gespielt hat und was der größte Kritikpunkt für mich ist, ist dass man gezwungen wird einen Haufen Nebenquest zu machen. Ich mache die zwar gerne, den Zwang fand ich aber abturnent.

Mal wieder ein Update von mir:
Habe nach 100 Spielstunden endlich Xenoblade durch. Hat mir insgesamt schon viel Spaß gemacht, aber die Luft war am Ende draußen. Hab insgesamt auch ein Jahr gebraucht. Ich glaube JRPGs sind einfach nicht so mein Fall. Teil 2 und 3 lasse ich im Moment mal aus. Horace fast durchgespielt. Super Mario Galaxy bin ich auch grad im ersten Playthrough überhaupt. Ein sehr geniales Spiel! Trotzdem meine Liste ist noch sehr überschaubar in 2022.

40. Pocky & Rocky Reshrined:
Schönes Remake des SNES-Klassikers, das auch gleichzeitig eine Art Nachfolger darstellt. Hat mich durchgängig sehr gut unterhalten, war allerdings mit etwa 2h Spielzeit auch eher kurz.

41. Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights:
Das Spiel hat mich sehr überrascht, weil ich bisher wenig davon gehört hatte. Ender Lilies ist es ein extrem hochwertig produziertes Metroidvania, das fast in der Liga von Hollow Knight und Co mitspielen kann. Es hat einen schönen handgezeichneten Stil und einen besonderen Soundtrack, das Gameplay ist schön indiviualisierbar und es gibt viele unterschiedliche Gebiete mit einer großen Variation an Gegnern. Für mich nachträglich auf Platz 3 meiner Spiele des Jahres 2021 hinter Metroid Dread und knapp hinter Death's Door. Meines Erachtens verdient das Spiel deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Ich habe es sogar am Ende auf 100% gespielt, weil es nach all den JRPGs in letzter Zeit irgendwie genau zur richtigen Zeit für mich kam. Schönes Ding!

Edit: Hab dafür übrigens knapp 25h gebraucht. Ist also auch recht umfangreich.

42. Pac-Man World Re-Pac :
Von diesem Spiel bin ich leider etwas enttäuscht worden. Hatte mir nach den Trailern in der letzten Direct mehr davon versprochen, aber offenbar bin ich einfach kein Fan der frühen Playstation-Platformer. Pac-Man World war jetzt keine Vollkatastrophe oder so, aber ich war schon froh, als ich nach 6h oder so endlich durch war.

43. A Short Hike:
Das wahrscheinlich kleinste Open World Spiel der Welt
Wirklich charmant mit einem interessanten Art-Style und toller Musik hat dieses Spiel einen eher kleinen Scope und ist nach etwa 2h durchgespielt. Es macht Spaß immer stärker zu werden und die offene Welt immer freier erkunden zu können, aber ob mir das Spiel lange im Gedächtnis bleiben wird, weiß ich jetzt nicht. Dafür hätte es wahrscheinlich etwas länger und herausfordernder sein müssen. Trotzdem eine schöne kleine Indi-Perle.

Die Leon Story vom Resi 2 Remake durch. Richtig tolles Spiel und wirklich sinnvoll verbessert. Resi 2 war schon mein Liebling von den klassischen Resis und nun ist das Remake sogar mein liebstes Resi überhaupt. Hatte dann auch direkt mit der zweiten Version von Claire begonnen, aber das würde mir schnell zu nervig. Mehr Zombies und direkt Mr X, vor dem ich nur weglaufen kann, hat es für mich versaut.
Naja egal, habe eh nicht genug Lust das gleiche Spiel nochmal leicht abgewandelt durchzuspielen.

44. Splatoon 3:
Ich habe als reiner Solospieler die Kampagne von Splatoon 3 durchgespielt und mich durchgängig gut unterhalten gefühlt. Die Kampagne war erstaunlich umfangreich und etwa auf dem Niveau des Vorgängers, vielleicht einen Tick besser, weil herausfordernder (ohne so bockschwer wie die Octo-Expansion zu sein). Auch Solo also ein nettes Spiel für Zwischendurch, was es jetzt allerdings bei mir nicht in irgendwelche Best-Of- oder GotY-Listen schaffen dürfte.

Wer Lust hat auf ein 2D-Soulslike als Metroidvania, inklusive vollwertigem Rollenspielsystem (also Klassenwahl, Attribute aufleveln, Talentpunkte vergeben...etc) mit ambitionierter Story und Inszenierung, dem sei Death's Gambit wärmstens empfohlen. Für mich nach Ender Lilies direkt das zweite hervorragende Metroidvania in diesem Monat. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass das Spiel so gut ist und bin positiv überrascht.

Großartiger Abschluss der Reihe.

Genialer Storymodus mit der Extra Portion Herausforderung, aber auch einem epischen Finale wie ich es nicht erwartet hätte. Gute Investition, die eigentlich für Mehrspieler gedacht war. Der Solo-Part hat sich zu 100% gelohnt.

Cadence of Hyrule beendet. Am Anfang war ich kurz davor aufzugeben. Man hat wenig Leben, man hat den Beat noch nicht verinnerlicht, man spielt einfach drauf los und stirbt und stirbt und stirbt. Sobald man aber ein bisschen mehr Leben hat, rockt das Spiel schon ein bisschen. Man hält immer mehr aus, man teilt mehr aus, erschließt immer mehr von der Karte, so macht das Spaß. Von mir eine Empfehlung, ist aber nicht für jeden was.
