I have a pretty good rig . GTX 580, i7 950 processor, 12 GB memory But my seagate 1 TB hard drive lets me down. 

Can I get some feedback on what Hard Drives are good for loading times, Bootup. But also just practically good for gaming . Price range not a problem but Not over say $600 thank you

Put your OS on the SSD and try to put EVERYTHING else on the 1TB HDD (I assume its a HDD).
There are games where its great to have them on the SSD (battlefield and such) and games where it doesn't matter if they are on a HDD or SSD (MMOs like World of Wacraft)

regarding the SSD, you might wanna get at least 500gb if you like to play open world games or games that often load stuff. got myself a 960gb ssd recently and already have 168gb used with just 6 games
